Great family get together

Sail Date: December 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

This was a better ship than the similar sister ship The Monarch of the Seas, that leaves out of Cape Canaveral. Seemed like it was modernized more recently and cleaner. However, there did seem to be a plumbing issue, but it did not affect us. Found the staff in general to be very friendly and helpful. Our dining wait staff was excellent and went beyond to meet and exceed our expectations.

Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: Weather was not cooperating

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Food itself was average. Good for mass catered but not exceptional. Menu and variety was just fine.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Especially the dining room wait staff. Stateroom attendant excellent also.
Only minor complaint was the entertainment staff were not quite as friendly as the others!
