Average at Best....

Room Type: Oceanview

Shows it's age. Staff was FANTASTIC. Made up for part of what the rest of the cruise LACKED! Clogged drains, Port times of arrival and departure need to be better set up for people booking their own activities. Club DJ's need to get a better feel for the crowd....Two nights in a row the place cleared out early because the DJ was into a heavy RAP/ GANGSTA groove.

Pros: Food was great. Entertainment was well performed.

Cons: Automatic gratuity on purchases. Lack of TV channels. (NO BLACKHAWKS PLAYOFF GAMES!!) Buffet not organized.

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? No.

Ship Quality
Ship shows it's 20 years old. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Food and Dining
Main diners great! Buffet was confuing... People didn't know which way lines went and often out of plates and key selections. Auto gratuity on drinks is a little much...Drink cards are worth there weight in gold!!!
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Staff deserves pat on the back. Often went out of their way to accomadate.
TV station selection was terrible. HEAT games on every screen....NO HOCKEY GAMES!!! From CHICAGO and missed several playoff games. Singer and dancers were AWESOME. Juggler very funny.
