We have cruised on RCL several times over the past 15 years.  This was our first RCL cruise in 2 years.  They have made several changes.  The one change I noticed is they now automatically apply gratuities to passenger's accounts. While this in itself is not a bad thing, BUT, I believe it has led to less attention to service,  The wait staff service was slow ..... VERY slow.  We are diamond members and we had Diamond Plus passengers at our table who were staying in the Royal Suite.  Our table was always LAST getting thier meals and desserts, even though we were NOT the last to arrive at thier tables.
