Cruise was great...but as a heads up to future cruisers, Royal Caribbean enacted a new policy that they word deceivingly...at the end of the cruise, if you do not change your gratuties, they charge you $12, per day...PER PERSON!!  Let's just say with a family of 5..I was a little shocked to see a charge of $240.  The paper does not state that anywhere!  Just says $12 per day and is delivered to each stateroom.  Called customer service as was advised upon leaving ship, and customer service refused to change.
