Too expensive for what was offered

Sail Date: December 23, 2013

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Could not book two adjoining cabins without telephone calls. Friendly operators, no problem. Checking in was smooth. Ship was clean, staff was friendly, food was good. State room attendant was excellent! Entertainment was lackluster, disappointing for a Christmas cruise. Too much emphasis on gratuity. There is an automatic $12/day gratuity on the bill, each drink has gratuity added, but waitress still expect (?) a tip, and again a requests for an envelope at the end of the cruise.
