Room Type: Oceanview

i thoroughly enjoyed my cruise on the majesty. the renovations gives the older ship much appeal for the price. besides the cramped and obstructed ocean view and the mass produced buffet food, i had a blast. norman my room attendant kept my room clean and organized and yet i never saw him actually in my room. cruise director dave kept the party going. morning noon and night. we were docked in nassau until midnight so we got to experience the tourist and party side of the island. you have to go to senior frogs. we also got to see the paradise island fireworks show from the port before we left. we were only in key west from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and our snorkel excursion took up 4 hours of that. coco cay was the best. we jet skied around the berry island. i recommend a morning jet ski tour as the tide is still high and you get to jet ski between the islands and you can see the bottom of the ocean. the calypso band played as the cruise line had a cook out right on the island. we got a couples massage in the massage area. its like a v.i.p. area. the shows, the night club. the crew. everything was simply amazing.
Ship Quality
the renovations shine. i enjoyed the lounges and clubs
Food and Dining
dining hall was delicious but the buffet was so so.
Cabin / Stateroom
cramped but nice and clean. towel animals every evening. linen changes for day and night
Service and Staff
we were greeted by name every day. one waiter at breakfast sung a song as he walked around offering orange juice. never have i experienced such awesome customer service
"70"s, "80"s dance parties. shows and pool deck activities abound
Onboard Activities
from belly flop contests to wine tastings and art shows. there's something for eeybody
Destinations and Excursions
nassau and coco cay are the best. didnt have enough time for key west. neither did the guy that almost got left that i saw running to the boat at the last minute
Miami, Florida
flew in a day early as recommended and stayed in south beach. got to take in all that is miami. enjoyed the night life and weather.
Key West, Florida
didnt get to see much. got to ride a catamaran and snorkel with drinks
Nassau, Bahamas
grabbed a scooter and rode around the island. went to paradise island. got to see atlantis.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
the best port of the cruise by far. the white sand beaches all around. the seclusion for the world. it feels like your own private getaway. jet skiing was awsome. enjoyed lounging around on the beach as the calypso band played. hammocks and drinks.
