HAd a great time as first time cruisers. Loved this ship and the ease of getting around. Fantastic staff. Only negatives were the smoking (listed above) and the sound guy in the theatre EQed the men's voices too dark - couldn't hear them.
Staterooms small - but who spends a lot of time in them? I think the people that complain about this are bringing too much luggage on the trip!!

Pros: Size and layout of ship; amazing staff; great shows

Cons: smoking areas need to be moved to the rear of the ship, where the wind can blow the smoke over the side and not in the faces of the people who want to walk along the decks (7, 11, and 12). The lounges and casino had too much smoke or smelled like it

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!
