Given that this ship is older, the issues we had were to be expected. The food in the dining room was a big disappointment. It was cold and generally small portions. The Lobster Bisque was questionable and the Black Angus steak was greasy, fatty and pounded to a pulp. We found the buffet to be a much better selection and the temperature of the food was alright.
The excursions desk needs help. We were told one thing and then the next day told the exact opposite, by the same staff member.
Our room attendant, Rosa, was a dream!
