Our Bahama cruise

Sail Date: January 16, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

Was an OK ship! Have been on 2 other larger ships, and would much rather travel on them!

Pros: The service, Cocco Cays Island

Cons: The Chorus line room for the shows! Food on private island!

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? No.

Entertainment
We went to watch a show at the chorus line room and we got up and left after sitting in the seats for about 5 minutes. The seats were all loose and broken, very uncomfortable!
Ship Quality
Not very well kept up! Seemed to be clean. Good layout for a small ship. Expect to wait for the elevators!
Food and Dining
Food was not the best! The windjammer offered the same thing everyday, no variety at all. In the dining rooms in the evening the waiters did a good job, but the food was not as good as I have had before on others cruises. The steaks were tuff, no variety in desserts, not many choices.
Cabin / Stateroom
Stateroom on level 2 smelled of sewer. Overall very clean. Beds comfortable, and stateroom attendants very friendly and courteous
Service and Staff
Wonderful service by all!
