Pretty decent

Nice, clean ship. But, the bathrooms were too small. The toilet failed us one time. The ship is a bit old. The person we talked to on the phone at Customer Service was horrible. He was very rude and refused to do anything we asked even if we asked to talk to a Supervisor or just another rep. We were having issues checking in online and he just blamed us for everything rather than showing us which steps we should take. The next person we talked to was nice enough to help. On the ship, the people are marvelous.

Pros: The service

Cons: No free parking

Food and Dining
Overall quality of the food was fine but neither great nor horrible. The variety is pretty good. It's hard to get a table just for two during dinner time. Didn't like paying extra for lobster. Didn't like hunting for tables during the buffets. Didn't like that the food ran out at the Coco Cay Island. Didn't like that the ice machines failed twice. The asian food was nice.
Cabin / Stateroom
The bed size was good. It was pretty comfortable and in good condition. The bathroom was too cramped. The TV is way too small.
Ship Quality
It was very clean. The decor is elegant. The ship size is fine except for the bathroom. Some parts were rusted.
Service and Staff
Everyone was very nice and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. Roland, our room attendant, was very, very nice. He did a great job taking good care of us.
Lee, the cruise director, was so funny and very entertaining. The comedian was good and made us laugh. The dancers are good. The TV programming needed more channels but the availability of new movies were nice. We just want more variety.
