Very disorganized, a very long wait to get on the ship, and long waits there after........ same old food day after day, some very RUDE staff in the casino.When eating in the windjammer, they would block off the stairs to get to the pizza area. last morning, they cut off breakfast before 8:30 am, turning guests away HUNGRY!!!!!!

No one went above and beyond............ most staff were frindly, some casino staff were very RUDE! our dining room waiter and asst waiter werent very friendly, but they did thier job,

Ship was clean, layout wasnt great, decor was ok.

Staterooms on RC are smaller than other ships, but your not in thier much, attendants keep them clean.
