never again on this cruise line

the crew is very nice until check out day, we were charged $110 for our mini bar we only used a few items, when we tried to get a refund at check out, the person at the front desk did not handle it well, we left feeling cheated and not wanting to return to this line

Pros: ports, cruise director

Cons: charging for things that were not used, very unfriendly front dest

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? No.

mainly the front desk very rude on three different complaints, one bag was lost, they were of no help, I found it sitting behind a chair in the lobby
