Great trip to Bahamas

the Majesty of the Seas is an older ship in the fleet. It is very well maintained and the staff is incredibly friendly. It helps to have a smaller ship because it holds less people. That becomes critical during on shore excursions (moving people on and off the ship). We also

Pros: Relaxing on the ship and food

Cons: no water/juice/lemonade available poolside..only drinks for $

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Food and Dining
The Starlight Dining Room experience was fantastic! The service and the food exceeded our expectations. We looked forward to our dinner as much as we did our excursions. The Windjammer food court was not as rewarding. The food was okay, but the crowds were a little daunting and it didn't stay open all the time. We didn't have access to free drinks during the closed times. It seemed like we were expected to purchase the soda package. We didn't want to do add that expense for 4 people. Two of us didn't want to drink carbonated drinks anyway.
Cabin / Stateroom
Our stateroom was smaller than our stateroom on Carnival, but the location was awesome! We were tucked away by ourselves on deck 6 behind the elevators. We never had anyone walking by our staterooms. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. Our attendant was perfect! He anticipated everything we needed, greeted us by name in the hallway, and respected our privacy. Outstanding!
Ship Quality
The ship is not as large as some cruise ships. The public areas are well-maintained, decor was nice and it was extremely clean.
Service and Staff
Very professional and friendly.
We saw the best entertainment show on this ship. The Majesty of the Seas singers and dancers were incredible. The choreography, talent, and production numbers were of the highest standard. The cruise bands were great!
Nassau, Bahamas
We enjoyed our snorkel to Rainbow Reef despite the windy day.
Key West, Florida
It was a good visit. I wouldn't particularly recommend this site, however.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Picture perfect! Can't say enough!
Don't Miss: Don't miss anything! We loved relaxing, walking the beach, and floating on the mats. It was a wonderful day.
