My husband and I have taken numerous amount of cruises. This last cruise was the most dissapointing we've ever taken. There is nothing wrong with the ship but the service left alot to be desired. The stateroom attendant was the laziest we've ever encountered. The same two hairs were left behind the toilet bowl for two days showing us that he never even went close to the toilet bowl to clean. The Bolero bar was a dissapointment as well. We sat for nearly twenty minutes. No one came over to ask if we wanted something to drink. When we finally saw a bartender, he went on to the dance floor and proceeded to dance by himself, never acknowledging our presence. Overall performance of the service staff in either the main dining room or the Windjammer was poor to say the least. During the peak hours of breakfast there was no coffee available in either coffee urns. Unacceptable.
