As our 9th cruise, this was our second time on this ship with last time being just before it went in for it's mega-million renovation. While the cruise provided a low cost opportunity to recharge our batteries and was overall a pleasant experience, there were some downsides. The biggest negative was what they have done with the Windjammer Cafe. Using a collection of 'stations', abandoning the cafeteria style where you have a starting point and an ending point for the buffet (trays are no longer available) guests are foced to ping pong their way around the stations and at each station there is no obvious flow. It was really comical to view from the second level as you watch what appears to be a game of bumper cars as people stop and go, meander, bounce off and generally do their best to evade each other. The other negative had to do with a lack of menu options on the cabin TV. I don;t recall if they had it last time, but most modern cruise ships, like hotels provide the opportunity for guests to review account status so you don't blow your budget. Sure you can stop at the Purser's desk and get a printout, but it's much more convenient to have the info in your stateroom.

Pros: Cost, Ports, Johnny Rockets

Cons: Windjammer Cafe, Account Review

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Key West, Florida
Enjoyed walking the streets. While the ship left just before sunset it was fasicnating to watch hundreds if not thousands congregating at Mallory Square to watch the sunset
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
Seas were too rough for tenders. Thoroughly enjoyed the snorkeling on the last visit

Water taxi to Paradise Island for $6 roundtrip. Don't waste $32 on 'Big Dig' at Atlantis
