Food was cold at buffet. Tables were consistantly dirty in buffet dining area, with staff available and not picking up. Even had to ask someone to remove old dishes so we could sit. Seats left wet after staff cleaned up. At main dining area we were served bad shrimp. Bought duty free liquor on board, got home to find out that inside the taped up box a bottle of Jack Daniels was missing (which was paid for). Were rushed through land excursions - felt like a heard of sheep. After this expierence I doubt I will even sail on any of Royal Carribian ships. The whole trip we were surrounded by other cruisers complaining and quite a few times yelling at the desk. Response given was that there was nothing they could do. Not what I would consider a wonderful 7 day holiday cruise!
