I was apalled at the mandatory drill. We were traveling with a handicapped person in a wheelchair and we stood waiting for an elevator for over half hour because it was full of perfectly capable people, not one of the crew members offered any help or instructions at all. Dining room food was fair and the service was worse. We had the early sitting and the waiter was rushing us to no avail. My husband gave the waiter his selection for dinner and the waiter asked him what he wanted for dessert at the same time -- no kidding!!. I finally complained to the head waiter and it got better. However, the buffet breakfast and lunch in the Windjammer was excellent and the midnight buffet by the pool was excellent. Cabins were very small but the cabin service was excellent. Cococay got cancelled and we couldnt go ashore, it was a bit windy but not that bad. Another ship near us was sending tenders to shore.

Pros: Itinerary, Windjammer Buffet, room service and cabin service

Cons: Dining Room Service, Unorganized Muster Drill and very disorganized disembarkation

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!
