I traveled on the Majesty of the Seas back in November, 2000. It was the first time on a RCI cruise and I have traveled on cruises before with Carnival Cruise Lines. I did not at all enjoy my trip on Majesty of the Seas. My boyfriend and I are in our early 30s and I found nothing to do after 9pm on the ship. There wasn't even a comedy show to see, such as on the Carnival's Ecstasy, where there was always an adult comedy hour at midnight. The entertainment did not seem to be entertaining. Also, on one of our days of traveling we seem to have lost power in our room along with water for at least 30 minutes or more. When I called down to the front desk to report it, they seemed to have no clue that we were experiencing a problem. They said that they would send someone to our area and by noon, no one had showed up. I was truly disappointed at that point. I also think something should be done about what you can order from room sevice. When I went to order, I found out that you can't just order anything from the menu and that it was very limted. I found that to be disappointing as well, because aboard Carnvial we were able to order to any and everything. I don't mean to put Royal Caribbean down, but to be honest, I was looking forward to such a great cruise aboard that ship that it was disappointing to experience so many problems. To be honest I don't know if I will ever travel aboard that ship again or take another Royal Caribbean cruise any time soon. However, I may consider one again in the future. Thank You,Veronica Gooden
