First Cruise Great

Sail Date: April 13, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

It was a very beautiful ship and the staff was very pleasent. Four of us traveled together three of us were first time cruisers and the cruise was very relaxing and enjoyable. I just wish when I booked the trip that the cruiseline was told that we were traveling together so we could have been closer. We ended up on differant decks

Pros: The Staff on the Majesty Of The Seas

Cons: Preboarding

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Our Waiters in the diningroom were excelant. They took the time to remember all our names and were very friendly
Cabin / Stateroom
We had inside cabins. The young lady who was our cabin was always cheerful and ready to get anything we needed
Service and Staff
Entertainment
We had acouple of great comedy shows and the afternoon pool activities were fun to watch. Rain didn't even stop the shows by the pool
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
The day on Cococay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The water is so clear and it is a very beautiful island. They keep it very clean. If you want a quite afternoon take a walk down the nature trail to the far side of the Island. The ship puts on a great bbq lunch on the island
Don't Miss: Snorkeling & the fish
Nassau, Bahamas
We did not find anything to be a waste of time, We took the Nassau, Paridise Island tour which was interesting. We also walked around nassau before our tour and saw the straw market.
Don't Miss: Atlantis on Paradise Island
Key West, Florida
We didn't book any tours here we just wandered around and went down Duval Street. We went to the southern most point. There is so much to see in Key West it all depends what you enjoy.
