Fantastic Cruise!

Sail Date: March 13, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Inside

The staff was amazing! They attended to our every need, especially to our 4-year-old son. Dinners were fantastic and our waiters doted over us. This was our 3rd cruise, but first time with Royal Carribbean. We will be sure to take another Royal Carribbean cruise in the near future. We did not wait in ANY lines on this ship-unlike others that we have been on in the past. The price was also a great deal!

Pros: Coco Cay was amazing- beautiful, lots to do, and lots of free stuff. We didn't spend ANY money when we went to Coco Cay! Not even on lunch!

Cons: The interior cabin was very small compared to other ships we were on. The ship was a little old, and needs renovation to guest rooms. The rest of the ship was fine.

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The layout was fantastic. We could easily walk from one end to the other without getting tired. It was clean and decorated well.
Entertainment
The show was like watching karaoke- not good. :(
Cabin / Stateroom
The inside cabin was extremely small. Our electrical outlets didnt work, and maitenence had to fix them. They fixed it quickly, but overall the room needed serious updates all around. We could hear EVERYTHING in the hallways and in the rooms next to us. The walls were paper thin.
Service and Staff
FANTASTIC STAFF!!!! So accommodating and so friendly to our 4-year-old.
Food and Dining
The food was wonderful. We loved to have a sit down dinner each evening. The staff was amazing!
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
This island was my favorite!!!!!! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!! We didn't spend any money on this island, except for a conch shell we bought for $5!! The food was free!!! We LOVED this place!!
Nassau, Bahamas
MUST SEE ATLANTIS!!! IT is incredible!
