From completely unhelpful porters to never having any warm water in the cabin this was by far the worst cruise I have ever taken. A few times the food was good but for the most part it was pretty bad. The communication between the crew and the passengers about ship activities was poor. Overall there was an I dont care attitude by the crew. I would never go on another Royal Carribean ship.

Felt like a herd of cattle going to, visiting and returning from Cococay. Surly snorkel equipment personnel
