Great experience! - first cruise

Room Type: Inside

Majesties of the Seas- The ship was great! We had one of the smaller rooms, yet to us it was not too small. We had a room with out a window but it didn't matter to us we did not spend much time in the room (too busy doing other things). The staff were very attentive and helpful with anything we requested. We celebrated our anniversary on the ship and they did everything to make our time really special.
This is an older ship but it is newly remodeled. It was clean and very nice. This was our first cruise and it will not be the last. We have travel a LOT so we know what other places have to offer and this was great. The food was great and there was PLENTY everywhere. We really liked the Compass Deli, so it is worth searching it out.
The only down sides we experienced were: It took us a long time to get on the ship, and the pools/ hot tubs were a bit crowded, but those were the only things I would complain about.

Pros: Personal service, food

Cons: pools/hot tubs were a little crowded

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Pool area crowded, and even though they say that you can't reserve chairs with stuff piled on them people do.
Cabin / Stateroom
Small rooms but not too small, worth the $$ savings.

We walked through the town and did sightseeing and shopping it was lots of fun!! Things were a bit expencive though, so search out the bargens!!
Don't Miss: Duvall Street
Nassau, Bahamas
We took the diving excursion and it was some of the BEST diving we have experienced. The weather was rough on the boat but once we got down the fish life was great (Large sharks too). We then walked through the town and it was great too. The shopping was fun and affordable. The people were friendly and we were not fearful at all. Don't miss the Straw Market. It is worth seeing.
Don't Miss: scuba Diving, Straw Market
