A Good Cruise

Sail Date: November 26, 2007

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

I liked the ship. It was big, the rooms were awesome, better than the hotels I stayed in Miami including a 3 star, the service was probably the best attribute the cruise has as its staff are all great and definitley DESERVED the extra tips we left them at the end!The ship was nice, big and well maintained.

Pros: the shows and buffets were ok

Cons: The price of EVERYTHING! $.50/min for the slowest internet connection out there is 1 example of the prices.

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Ship was big, very CLEAN (as they cleaned it each and every night), and had a nice layout.
Food and Dining
The food was average TASTING, but LOOKED exquisite. The best part of dining was the waiters as they were are very attentative and there whenever you needed them.
Decent shows, some of the show host have some really annoying sayings and voices. the schedule was okay too.
Service and Staff
Hands down the BEST service I have EVER received!By far the best part of the ship!
Cabin / Stateroom
the stateroom was awesome, you had a comfortable nice big bed a huge mirror, tv with a ton of new movies on it along with reg. cable, the bathroom was roomy and more than enough space to move around in.
Key West, Florida
We just walked around so i didn't really get to do any tours.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
We rented a Kayake and that was cool, other than that we just stayed on the beach which was unbeatable!
Don't Miss: The BEACH
Nassau, Bahamas
The Dolphin Encounters is a MUST SEE!!! waiting for the ferry's to leave was a waste, just spend the extra $1 and take a taxi. Checking out the Paradise Hotel is also a good site to visit.
