Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

This was our first cruise and we had the time of our life. I couldn't believe how nice the staff was and how wonderful the food was. The only thing that we would of like to see more of was the music in the evening. They never had rock and roll, it was just the top 40 and you can only listen to that for so long. The rooms were small, but just right if your at port every day because you only have to sleep and shower in them. We are planning next year to do the same cruise, but this time we will be taking our kids becuase there wasn't anything we did that they couldn't do also.

Pros: Ports

Cons: More dancing music then just top 40

Recommends Majesty of the Seas? Yes!

Children's Programs
We didn't take our kids this time and we felt bad because there is so much for them to do on the ship. They have something going for them every hour of every day. I like the fact that they gave you a schedule of what was happening every day, they give that to you the night before so that you plan your next day. Wonderful......
Ship Quality
Wonderful, the staff that was cleaning our room was soooo nice. She made us little animals every day with the towels.
Food and Dining
The waitress in the main dinning room at night really went out of her way to make things pleaseant for all of us.
Cabin / Stateroom
We were on deck 3 and loved it. We found out after we already paid the wait staff that we could give more money to certain people only, but they don't tell you that until the end (after you pay). Make sure you check on that because certain people get paid they don't do anything for you.
Service and Staff
Always helpful and you will find your favorites, that really make it wonderful for you.
More rock and roll for 40 year olds and above. You can't listen to top 40 every night.
Cococay (Cruiseline's Private Island)
This island was wonderful. They bring the food from the ship to the island,so you don't have to pay for anything but your drinks. They do have a little shopping, but this is just beach time and time to enjoy the heat.
Don't Miss: Swimming with the fish
Nassau, Bahamas
We did the all Inclusive at the resort and it was wonderful don't get me wrong, but we didn't know that Cococay was just a beach island and that's all we did in Nassau, so we would do that different next time.
Don't Miss: The little children singing for you in the streets
Key West, Florida
They need to allow more time on this island because there is so much to do that you can do everything in that short of time period. We did the stroll Walk which was fun but we miss out on see the island and you can go for ever and still never see everthing. We would take just a vacation to Key West...
Don't Miss: Everything and Fat Tuesdays, Sloppy Joes, and Stroll Walk.
