Princess really needs to nail the food experience as it is seriously lacking. who is testing their product? Answer, no one. Entertainment needs attention as well. I've seen so much better at sea.

Great ports but wrong cruise line with horrible ship that was just launched in 2017 so it’s super disappointing but Mexico was great.

The staff was amazing on this cruise. The ship is beautiful and was decorated for Christmas.

Fantastic job Princess, especially during these difficult / unpredictable COVID times! We never felt unsafe or vulnerable. The crew was always doing their absolute best at everything. Every area of the ship was very clean. Thank you for a wonderful back to back two week cruise!!

We ended up having breakfast and lunch with several of the entertainment crew almost everyday. Being a fellow musician, we all had great conversations and made lasting friendships. Tony (Trombonist) comped us for dinner at the Specialty Restaurant of our choice, so we chose Bistro La Mer. We were also chatting with Luke, one of the dancers, and my wife started talking about how cute Stanley the bear was. As we got on the elevator, Luke popped in and handed Suzi a bag with Stanley in it!!! It made her day / cruise. This is just another reason we will remain loyal to Princess!

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our cruise. I was cruising with 4 first time cruisers and they all loved everything from the ship to the service to the ports.

So happy to be cruising after 2 years away from the sea. We are frequent cruisers, and this was BY FAR the best experience we've ever had. Princess went out of their way to make us feel SAFE, show us they were thrilled to be employed, happy to be sailing, and thankful for customers like us to believe in them again. Every crew member said THANK YOU every day of the cruise.

The Majestic Princess is a marvelous ship. Staff members are absolutely terrific. If you go the Allegro dining room, ask to sit in Georgina's section, she's one very special person. As mentioned before, the casino is very smokey and stay away from Bingo, the casino takeout is way too high

Love this cruise I will do this cruise again someday was on bucket list and so happy I did on Princess very very impressed with them

Amazing trip, the ship was gorgeous and very clean. Seeing the glaciers up close was the best part.

Ship design was not good. Finding places were difficult at times. Medallion app was terrible. Unless computer Savvy, you would not be able to use it well. Buffet food was so so. Main dining food was much better. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like obstructive veiw,won't do again. The best part was Good spirits bar with Alan,Lou,John...they were great, entertaining, drinks awesome.

All plans went well except ship leaving Seattle an hour or more late made arrival in Juneau late and our shore trip had to be rescheduled. We missed out on nice dinner on board (cold supper on shore trip was disappointing) and that night's show. Seeing whales on shore trip helped make up for it all.

this is good vacation we'll do it again. and we have a good trip

It was one of the best cruises we have ever taken. From the iconic Sydney Opera House to Tauranga’s Te Puia Thermal reserve and Maori Village recreation to the stunning Fjordland National Park and colorful Botanical Gardens in Wellington and Dunedin it was exciting, interesting and unique. The Majestic Princess is a beautiful ship, the rooms comfortable and the staff was attentive and friendly and the entertainment was wonderful!

Great itinerary, beautiful ship, friendly staff, and good food made for an enjoyable trip. Would have appreciated being able to enjoy more of the local wines as advertised on the menu as by the glass service was disappointing.

A cruise is a wonderful way to visit New Zealand and part of Australia. The majestic is a wonderful ship and probably meets the expectations of most passengers. Those booking this for a cruise should expect an older crowd.

The ship is only two years old so it's in great shape. On demand movies and TV shows was nice. The only live TV was new channels and 2 sports channels. It would have been nice to have at least the three major US networks on there. The one thing I wish Princess would consider is to have the port times later on the Australia/New Zealand cruises. The majority of the animals in these two countries are noctornal, so if you're on a day excursion, all you get to do is see an animal sleep. (Not too exciting).
