Enjoyed our cruise to the fullest!! Alaska was awesome, and Princess included all good ports so definitely recommend this one to any photo enthusaistic folks out there, as all the best ports were included in our cruise. However we thought Princess was very basic when it came to the decor, as only the main atrium seemed to have a grand feel, otherwise every thing else was pretty bland, and had a feel of a coroporate place! Even the dining halls didnt have much glamor. Another thing to be noted is, there werent many activities for us, so we felt bored on sea days even though we were a good crowd of 12 friends. Also food was mediocre, just okay I'd say. But staff was amazingly helpful and always served us happily. Enjoyed!!

The onboard experience suffered heavily because of the lack of commitment of the staff to keep entertainment or food/drinking areas available for the full time they are supposed to be available. The itinerary of stops was amazing, but all the cruise ships hit these stops...shop find the best deal you can and choose that cruise line!

Covid testing and masking is stressful. Big concern is testing negative. Several people tested negative before and after the cruise.

Wonderful and relaxing time seeing the glaciers and wildlife in Alaska - something for everyone.

we Stayed on from may7-14 northbound cruise. Guest services demanded we switch cabins even though cabin was not sold to someone else. Ship was only half full. Crew broke into our room while we were sleeping demanding us to leave.i had previously gone to the guest services desk 6 times and Purser said he would call us if we had to move-he did not call. After several stressful hours , finally bronwin allowed us a suite at more money. Ruined the whole cruise, very unpleasant treatment of 2 elite members. Very upset princess does not make it clear we have to get covid test on our own once we hit shore.Disembarkation was completely disorganized. 2 hour plus process. Almost missed our 1pm flight. Food and food service was the best ever, 11+ rating! Do not recommend the French bistro- we found food inedible and ambiance was a negative 10. The glaciers were great as usual! Captain is running a great ship!

guest services ruined the sanctity of the cruise. moved us to a bigger room for more $ then tried to make us move back to tiny room-woke us at 6 am-very rude about it.am elite member, treated us worst of any of 60 cruises. embarkation did not tell us we needed covid test. took 4 hours and LOTS of walking to get tested. disembarkation was a nightmare trying to get off quickly to get to airport to get covid test to fly home. princess leaves you hanging on your own to get tested. many people missed their flights. princess should test you the day before disembarkation on the ship!!! very very unhappy about this. going to postpone next cruise- it has become too hard to travel and princess does not make it easy.

Enjoyed every minute of the cruise, the staff we saw everyday we the same and the entertainment was flawless..Can't wait for our next cruise in February 2023

First time on Majestic, we like the smaller ships. Very nice ship though we were at 52% capacity, crew and trip really was enjoyable. Remember not to blink it will end too soon.

Overall a very good experience. I highly recommend this itinerary.

Wearing of masks is essentially on a voluntary basis, even in the congested areas like the theatre and elevators. I would say more than 95% of the passengers go totally maskless, except at the terminal. The workers are still wearing their masks and I personally look forward to the time that they too can go maskless. This was a happy cruise for all on board and a fun experience.

The ship was nice, but the customer service was horrible.

It was awesome , the staff very nice and in general the food and all the activities were excellent

This was our first Princess cruise. The ship was stunning. The Medallion was a home run for Princess. Food was decent. Staff was excellent. We will try another Princess cruise at a later date when they are nearer full capacity. Overall it was a good cruise. If you are a seafood lover you will love this cruise.

Average, but good cruise. We went knowing we would be nickled and dimed. The ship was about a quarter full, so that was nice as no real crowds until disembarkation.

Extremely fun, fantastic service all around including during dinner. Food was the best I've ever had and the ship was immaculate. Bit boring events but I suppose thats expected from a older crowd.

WORST CRUISE EVER - NO SLEEP FOR THREE NIGHTS - NOWHERE TO SIT OUTSIDE QUIETLY EITHER. BOOK THIS ONLY IF YOU HATE HAVING A NICE TIME
