Itinerary was great and had great time in ports. The majestic Princess is a beautiful ship but the Princess staff was way below average for us. The only staff that would say hello when passing was our room steward. Customer service desk told us lies (and when questioned about said lies told us we were lying or that it didn’t happen) and when my husband asked about the burger bar being open (due to inclement weather) was promptly told to go check for himself. The shore excursion desk staff were even worse constantly blaming third parties on changes to excursions and wanted documented proof for any concern. Would love to cruise Alaska again but will definitely not be with Princess.

Had it not been for the terrible Allegro dining room experience it would have been a great cruise.

Overall.....premier package we thought was worth it, although the wi-fi isn't the best if you want to do wi-fi calling (it sometimes work, sometimes, doesn't). Alaska was beautiful and relaxing. Worth the trip.

A cruise is to relax and enjoy a location different than where you live. Do what suits you and you will be glad you did it.

First time in the princess cruise line, it was pretty good. Employees were great and very friendly. We booked the whale viewing in Victoria but we didn’t go and were not able to cancel. We were told it needed to be cancelled 48 hrs in advance which we didn’t know. We lost $370.00. Other than than that it was easy sailing

We understand no one can control the weather, so you just learn to roll with the waves and not let it ruin a perfectly good time.

This is a moderately priced cruise which means a lot of people at certain times. Best to eat at other than prime time for better service but it may mean you may have to adjust when you go to the shows,etc. With the right expectations it can still be enjoyable.

This was a relaxing 10 day Queensland cruise with beautiful scenery and the opportunity to interact with a ton of wildlife. The ship didn't feel full so it was easier to get an elevator or a seat in a common area. Guests and crew were respectful, patient, and friendly. We were really delayed leaving Brisbane, but the crew managed to make up all lost time. Overall, I would highly recommend this cruise, especially if you're okay with lots of sea days.

Very good itinerary and service. Good food but crowded Marketplace restaurant. Mediocre onboard entatainment.

Poor weather conditions (cold, windy, rain). Too many sea days for the number of ports visited.

Given the opportunity I would do it all again. Along with Alaska, inside passage, and Antartica (go the 3rd or 4th cruise to make certain you get into Antartica) Thank you to Donnie, my travel agent, who takes such good care of me.

We had a fabulous time with great shore excursions and amazing service! The main issue we had was on the first day. Nobody could provide information about checking in for non United flights, and we did not have medallions as Princess refused to send them to my secondary address. We had difficulty connecting with our group member, and it was a very stressful start to the trip!

Don’t think twice just do it. Alaska is a place to experience for yourself. Be brave and do things you’d never do. It’s an adventure and you should embrace it.

We choose this cruise because of the itinerary. Also because 30 years ago I had a great experience aboard Princess cruises. This time was different. Despite having been on at least 50 cruises, we found this ship very hard to navigate. The layout is just terrible and makes no sense. We also found the interior very kitsch, outdated and tacky. This ship was originally made for the Asian market and personally I don't believe it's sailing in the right territory. The crew however, was super friendly and professional. The little entertainment in the princess theater wasn't really spectacular, very amateuristic. We liked the different live lounge music performances by the wine bar. The nature lectures were excellent, we loved Mark Harris. Our cabin was obstructed view balcony room, but we had a great view The food was just alright, and the menu was a bit old fashioned. The Vancouver embarkation process was split in two parts; checking in with Princess was smooth, however the U.S. customs and border patrol after that was horrible and felt like cattle herding which took us over an hour. We had purchased the Princess Plus Package a year ago, but since then, Princess had changed the rules. For example the 2 fitness classes, were no longer included. So when I showed up for Yoga, I was refused because the package rules had now changed (other passengers had the same problem) We wouldn't sail with Princess again and we DO NOT RECOMMEND Princess because of this cruise. IMPO; the cruise company lost its charm since Carnival took ownership.

The cruise was great and I would do it again. But be sure to spend some time in the interior of Alaska before or after, to really appreciate what it has to offer. We spent two days on our own before the cruise, and it was time well spent. We hiked a little, and saw a huge bull moose, a brown bear, and other wildlife, which we did not see on the cruise.

We have always wanted to go on an Alaska Cruise. We are glad we chose Princess. The sights were beautiful and we saw whales. The cruise in Glacier Bay and and excursion to Misty Fjord were both outstanding and worth the trip. Our dissappointment was the very short stops at Juneau and Ketchikan where we would have like a couple more hours to see the towns after our 6+ hour excursion. I really wanted to shop in both places and didn't have any time to do so. I feel like we missed out here. Overall it was a great adventure.

Alaska is a great crusing destination. It allows you to see much of the highlights of the Alaskan coastline.

Excellent ship with outstanding staff. Camp Discovery treehouse policy to not take in toddlers that need assistance with diaper change is highly regressive and disappointing. We had to cancel several excursions because of this which cost us 100’s of dollars. Guest services was highly unaccommodating of our needs in this regard as well. If you are a young family, don’t choose Princess.

We loved this cruise. We had one bad weather day which limited what we could see or do, but it was a great overall experience and we love Princess cruise line.
