Review summary
Excellent ship with outstanding staff. Camp Discovery treehouse policy to not take in toddlers that need assistance with diaper change is highly regressive and disappointing. We had to cancel several excursions because of this which cost us 100’s of dollars. Guest services was highly unaccommodating of our needs in this regard as well. If you are a young family, don’t choose Princess.Embarkation

Ship tip
I bought premier package with digital photos but the process of collecting the digital photos was painful as the face recognition doesn’t work as desired. Having to go through thousands of picture on last day to pick kissing photos was excruciatingly long and Princess should use medallion to scan cruise goers before taking their pictures to better manage photos.
