The ship was beautiful. We loved our My time dining experience and our wait staff was amazing! We were able to make reservations for my time dining prior to our trip so they were always expecting us around the same time each night. My kids loved the flow rider and pool areas. The windjammer buffet was always great. Loved the free lemonade , tea and coffee at every meal. The sales on the promenade deck were amazing and I highly suggest shopping there!  Loved the movies on the big screen poolside almost every night! The whole staff goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need!

I loved our Royal Caribbean cruise!  It was our first time to ever take a cruise and I didn't know what to expect.  It was beyond anything I could have imagined . Our experience with the ship, staff, dining, facilities etc. was fantastic!  We can't wait to go again.

overall - very good cruise.

few complaints about food - buffet areas were not labeled gluten free - they had names of the food to describe it and could easily have had it labeled if the choice was a GF item.  They had no GF breads/wafffles/pancakes etc readily available.  No GF buns for the burgers or hotdogs at all in the buffet area.

only 2 electrical outlets in the cabin makes it quite difficult

the onboard wifi was too expensive 

We loved the Liberty of the Seas. Great hospitality and the ship was clean and we'll maintained.  Great family atmosphere!  The service in the main dining room was outstanding. He room attendant was gracious and worked hard to make things just right for us. We'll definitely cruise again! 

Great cigar lounge for my husband, he said we are not going back to Carnival unless RCI gets rid of the cigar lounge. Negative was RCI recommending a cigar shop in grand Cayman that sold fake Cuban cigars, one look and my husband could tell that they were fake. I feel bad for the first time cigar smokers looking for a Cuban cigar and trusting RCI's recommendation to only be taken advantage of by the dishonest shop..

This is my first cruise so I am a little hesitant at first. However, I am so glad that I took the trip with my family. We all have wonderful time and enjoy our time. We attend all the activities separately. We are planning for the next cruise now because we like it so much.

I truly enjoyed to cruise.  Need more things to do for the 18-26 age group.

Handicap people in wheelchairs have difficulty getting around when it's crowded in the cafeteria, shows, etc.......especially those in power chairs..

Recommend having one elevator in front and back dedicated to the handicap wheelchairs/motor scooter...

Rooms are not handicap friendly and ship needs to be more handicap friendly.

The newly remodeled ship is nice in every aspect. The crew did a great job in learning our names and giving us what we wanted (at dinner, etc.) while not being intrusive. 

Liberty of the Seas had a lot to offer us while on board the ship. They were very accommodating and provided a variety of shows and entertainment while sailing at sea. The food in the main dining was good, but I wish that there were more options to eat throughout the day without needing to spend money (hence why I dropped one of my stars). Other than that, the ship was great and my wife and I would love to sail aboard this ship again. 

This was my first time cruising so I don't really have anything else to compare it to, but I enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be going on another Royal Caribbean Cruise in the near future. The shows were great, they keep you entertained day and night with so many things to do. The rooms were immaculate with plenty of space and very comfortable. The food was very good and you were never left without.

We absolutely loved this cruise!  Perfect mix of entertainment and relaxation.  Loved the two days at sea followed by three days at port and then another full day at sea before returning.  Wish we could've stayed in the ports-of-call just a little longer though. We had a balcony and the door to get to the balcony needs greasing as it was extremely difficult to open and shut.  However, we loved our room attendant Emmanuel on floor 7 - very friendly; and the pool bar attendant, Odell knew my name after purchasing my first drink!  The nightly shows were okay - I've seen better - but they definitely entertained.  We thoroughly enjoyed the Quest that was held on Friday night - so much fun!!  Scrambled eggs in the Windjammer (and delivered to the room) had a really fishy taste - I couldn't eat them.  But all other food was delicious!  Especially at Chops Grille - steak was to die for!!  Will definitely be taking this cruise again!!

great cruise! I feel Royal Caribbean  should become more kid friendly!  The curfew has to go!  The kids in our group were very dissatisfied with the way kids are treated.  They pay the same price and are treated 2nd rate!

Too many things to mention had a wonderful wonderful time good experience on Royal Caribbean. This ship was very clean food was delicious dining room service was good the bar service could have stepped it up a little they seem to be in no hurry to get your drinks to you. Entertainment and music choices for delightful.

I would like to share that our family of 6 traveled on the Liberty of the Seas on May 22 and sat at table 527 at the 8:00 dinner time.  We have cruised before but this time was extra special.  My husband and I celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary, along with my son and his new wife, (their honey moon) and our dear friends celebrated their 18th wedding anniversary, but what made it extra special is the way our waiter Jonathon Saron and Jansen Abesamis went beyond what was expected from them.  We needed to leave early a couple of nights and they did everything they could to make sure we were able to leave on time.  They were very polite, thoughtful and laughed along with our jokes to make the night memorable.   I think they should be award  for this extra effort they displayed.  You don't always get servers like these two guys.

Had a wonderful time.  Boarding, un-boarding went very smooth.  Beautiful ship, great service and food.  Very clean cabin and room.  Never felt over-looked or over-crowded.  Would sail with Royal again!

I've sailed Liberty in May 2010 and again May 2016 & absolutely love this ship! Everything from Galveston Port , cruise & back to port was amazing. Highly recommend this ship to everyone 

This is a beautiful ship full of features that  will meet the expectations of most anyone. Royal Caribbean's staff is polite and friendly as usual and the service is top notch. I only have two negatives: there are too many activities to choose from and the cruise in review video has old ship footage. The food, entertainment, and on-board activities are exceptional. I have booked another cruise for November on the other itinerary (Honduras,Belize, and Cozumel) that the ship offers.  

We was very pleased with the trip and the crew members. We will tell our friends about the nice experience we had and we will recommend the cruise. Had a great time on bord. The staff was outstanding frendly and helpfull.

This was our first Royal Caribbean cruise. It was great for the price and convenience of the port being driving distance for us. We have only been on Disney Cruise Line before and definitely tried to go into it with an open mind knowing it would be different. After trying RCL I would sail with them again but my family even a 16year old boy said he would prefer Disney.   

I have heard good thongs about the Cruise Line. My take is less than impressed. Food choice and taste  was poor at Buffet. Main Dining was only a little better. Staff was pleasant and friendly.
