The cruise was awesome. People were friendly and the food was  great. The ports were also awesome each place. But it was the last two days that I caught the Norovirus. That was no joke I ended up in the ER on Monday. 

The ports of call were the best part of this cruise. I would not recommend this ship in the future.The amount of people on this ship was far to many for the activities and space available on board. There were 3600 passengers and 1000 crew. That is want one of the crew members told us.This ship was recently renovated to accommodate 600 more passengers. The activities on board were not published in the daily newsletter. It was hard to find things to do that would accommodate everyone in the evening. The anytime dining was the best choice to be able to eat when you wanted but the dress code was never enforced for example no shorts and t shirts hats in dining room- this happened on formal night. The service at dinner was slow and the food was fair. The portion were small compared to other cruises we have been on.

Our 3 teen age grandsons had a god time eating anytime , sleeping anytime , and enjoying the on board activities.

I was very disappointed in the stop in Belize City when we were an hour late getting off the tender to start a 61/2 hour tour to Mayan ruins. Because of the delay in starting our trip was very rushed and incomplete. The captain should have announced that the time to reboard would be delayed to make up for the late departure. Certainly this kind of delay occurs occasionally and there should have been a plan to make up for it. We ended up reboarding over an hour later because of poor planning again on the captain's part with not enough tenders to take care of the approximately 1000 people waiting in line.

Favorite things were Hot tub, shows and food

Improvement could be made on exiting ship on days you tender to shore. Spread out the crowd so we are not on top of each other.

Recommend cruise to everyone

This was a wonderful trip, with incredible staff, gorgeous facilities, and incredible options for fun, dining and relaxation. Already planning our next one :)

I cruised with my wife and parents and we have had an awesome trip, the crew and staff members are very friendly, the food was all right, and the places we visited were really nice.

Very nice ship and the crew was the friendliest I've had the pleasure to travel with in the Gulf of Mexico. This ship also had the absolute best entertainment of any ship.

Boat was nice, was a little disappointed in the food.  Our room steward was essentially absent which was different than other cruises I had been on.  Would not do my time dining again.  Excursions/ports were all FANTASTIC. 

Great vacation on Liberty of Seas.  Friendly staff, beautiful ship.  Great food.  Everyone in our party had a great time.  No complaints.  Only complaint really is the length of disembarkation at Galveston Port.  Took forever.  Also, the tender process in Belize City was not the most pleasant experience at all.

My Ultimate Favorite Part Of The Cruise Was The On Board Activities & The Shops On Board The Ship, The Dining & State Rooms Were Also Truly Remarkable. I Would Definitely Recommend This Cruise To Other Family & Friends.

My husband and I were on the Liberty June 2016.  We had a great time, there was lots to do, the ship was very clean and staff was friendly.  We tried all the specialty dining options and loved them all.  Dining room was great the 2 formal nights, but could have passed the one other night that we were in there it was okay at best.  Ports of call were great even in the rain.  Definitely will sail with RC again. 

I started sailing on RC in 1999 and loved it.  Been on NCL and Carnival as well and always came back to RC. This trip was disappointing..... I had bragged to our grandson about what he would experience and it's just not the same experience as it used to be. No wine steward/bar service, and the assistant waiter could not understand English.The food overall was not good.what we used to get on the main dining room we now have to pay for in the specialty restaurants. Those three restaurants were wonderful.  The lobster /prime rib night in the aim dining room was good, but the other evenings were not. One evening following the lamb my hubby ended up throwing up in the bathroom on the way back from

our meal.  The Windjammer was DISGUSTING!!!!!! 

Our cabin attendant was nice, but whatever happened to making towel animals? We got two on a seven day trip, and. I special welcoming for our grandson for his first cruise we had requested.  

I used to really enjoy the band by the pool on deck 11, but they have vanished.  So did the midnight buffet and ice carvings. 

To top it off, we got a different cabin than what we requested (through American Airlines) no pullout bed, but a bunk that dropped from the ceiling.  Try sleeping under a creeping bed for a week.   No sleep. 

For me  no more Royal Caribbean.  

I've sailed on Carnival Cruise line a few times and was impressed by Royal Caribbean.  The ship seemed nicer, the food seemed better, and things seemed better organized.  Had a blast (even though I took kids )

Great meals all day. Excellent service in the dining room. The waiters were friendly, patient and genuinely happy to be there (table 563) Service in the room was great and very comfortable.

Food was great, our stateroom was excellent. Our stateroom steward, Menino was very professional, kind and attended to our needs. He above all else made our trip feel our cruise was a home away from home.

Had a wonderful time. The food was great and the staff was even better. Still haven't decided which excursion was best!  The pools and all of the activities kept us entertained. The musical was great!

Lots to do on the ship! Never felt sea sick.  Good food. Some ingredients missing from some food items.  For example, the apple strudel was supposed to have walnuts and didn't.

staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall experience was awesome, highly recommend. Our favorite experience was our excursion where in Jamaica we zip lined through the jungle and then followed that up with a hike up Dunn's river waterfall. What a great time!

This was our first vacation in 6 years. We thought we would be home sick and miss our kids but the cruise has things for us constantly.  We met great people and had the best service. I could not tell you one person who had bad service in the ship. Everyone was amazing. I would highly recommend this ship!  

This was our 4th RCL cruise, and there were a couple of situations that were very disappointing! 1st of all the quality of the cuts of meats at the Rembrandt dinning room at each of the 7 nights they were ordered were the absolutely  worst cuts of meat I have ever had ever anywhere!!!!!!! The Strip steaks, the Prime Rib cut, the Pork Tenderloin, even the Turkey slices! The cuts were so tough that I even had a problem cutting them easily with a steak knife! I sent 3 of them back, but the replacements were just as bad! It seemed to my wife & I both, that maybe the only way to get a good piece of meat was to order it off the "extra charge" menu, & I take great offense to that, and we have sailed on 10 other cruises with other lines without this problem! On many other cruises we had a delightful experience in the main dining room, but to say the least this was didn't make the cut! Don't blame the waiters as their service was very good!!!!! 2nd problem, was on Fri. afternoon/eve as my wife & I cleaned up & dressed up early before dinner so we could  have a couple professional pictures taken! When we went to the photo shop @ 4:30 there were 6 photo employees at the cash register and we were told that no one would take a photo of us until 5:00 pm! I will tell you that dis appointed me as much as anything else on the cruise! So as you can see we are not "happy campers"! Other than these incidents the service was fine!
