Review summary

Was the most disappointing vacation I have had. The food was less than standard. If you enjoy eating at a Furrs or Luby's cafeteria, this is a step down from that. Be ready to spend a lot of money for everything. The ship really needs updating. The beds needed new mattresses and linens. Rooms were very musty smelling and old décor. The staff on the ship were awesome. Best thing about this cruise was when it was over!

You know I've followed the comments on this ship for a year now since we are sailing on her next week and almost all are 4or5 stars. To be honest yours is the first real bad review I've seen. The ship was just updated this year. Food always gets fair to great reviews. well see!

We were on Liberty in September food good beds better staff incredible condition of the ship was what you expect from RCCL brass n class. Somebody sounds like an impostor. ....

Was on this ship last year, though I enjoyed the Explorer more I still found the ship quite enjoyable. And only complaint about food was they didn't have LOBSTER dinner like Explorer did. Hopefully they have LOBSTER on Navigator in December.

Are you sure you were on Liberty of the Seas? The ship just got renovated this year, and the beds in my room were super comfy. The food was okay, but the days of eating gourmet at every meal on board are long gone. I certainly wouldn't compare it to a cafeteria. I'm sorry you had a bad time, but I felt like it was one of the best vacations I've had.
