Review summary

The best part of our cruise, was our waiter Leonardo, in the main dining room. We also enjoyed the casino.

The ship needs a lot of improvement on training their housekeeping staff, and their maintenance department. There was trash behind our door when we entered our room, all of the mirrors in our room were dirty. The room was not vacuumed when we entered the room. We had to call for maintenance 7 times, 6 of those on the safe in our room, once because the toilet overflowed, (with nothing in it). Per maintenance it was a problem with the float. The overflow problem, maintenance reponded quickly. Not so on the safe problem.

My room was clean but the ac didn't work but our attendant got us a fan. Otherwise we had no problems with our room. We were in 8242. Loved it.

Okay, our cabin is quite a ways down from that one, so maybe we will have a different attendant.

I actually flipped my numbers around...went back and checked my card..7546 was are cabin number...story is still the same though in regards to my wife and I first bad experience with room maintenance and cleanliness. Since there was a small case of GI issues on my cruise we noticed as we left that all of the rooms had check off papers and inspection papers on the doors so I am sure the next group cruising had a much better experience with room cleanliness ...again besides that, it was a great great cruise we love Royal Caribbean and Carnival

madix50 we had a Leonardo on our cruise last year on a different ship. Was this Leonard thin and from the Philippines? We'd love to request him as our waiter on our upcoming cruise.

We went on the August 28th cruise aswell...room 7456....had to clean the shower floor, and toilet upon entering. Room was never vacuumed. Made two separate calls to have a/c fixed with no result, one call and one visit to guest services, so glad we always bring two fans for beside the bed. Never saw the room steward until my wife did on the second to last night of cruise when she dropped off some papers and actually encouraged us to take the survey on her service. Ship and cruise was still beautiful and we had so much fun. It was just the first time that we have ever had issues with having a unclean room.

We were on the 28th sailing..on deck 8 mid ship and had a wonderful room steward! Shanisa in my time dining is the best!

We were on the Liberty for the August 28th sailing - our room was filthy - we had safe problem too - every time I told front desk - they would tell me they couldn't vacuum due to the Norovirus - we just had a horrible room steward - we cruise every year and this was the worst ever as far as cleanliness in our room and hallway

We were on Liberty 3 months ago. Our cabin was deck 7 toward aft. We were pleased with our housekeeping staff.

I think housekeeping varies. We've been on Liberty twice. We weren't thrilled with our room steward the first time, but our second one did a great job.
