Review summary

overall - very good cruise.

few complaints about food - buffet areas were not labeled gluten free - they had names of the food to describe it and could easily have had it labeled if the choice was a GF item.  They had no GF breads/wafffles/pancakes etc readily available.  No GF buns for the burgers or hotdogs at all in the buffet area.

only 2 electrical outlets in the cabin makes it quite difficult

the onboard wifi was too expensive

I have cruised on carnival and they have gf items labeled in the buffet area. Very helpful

Wait a second, when did the term change from "gf" to "gf" meaning "gluten free" from "girlfriend?" Unless you have one, a "gf gf."

Plus I had a fresh made to order omelet in the windjammer every morning. Cant go wrong with that!

I just had to ask for it as well. My waiter on night 2 and after had me some corn bread muffins at dinner. I still had a reaction from cross contamination but luckily I packed some benadryl. Only had a bad reaction once. But overall they did great at accommodating my gf needs.

Science to figure out which food matches which label. Have you been on any other cruise lines that do label gf? RC is the only one I've tried

We are gf'ers too. That was not our experience at all. It was easier to get gf in the main dining room, but bread, buns, pizza and even pancakes were available upon request in the windjammer upon request. Didn't love that it took longer, but at least it was there. I've been told they won't label gf for liability in case people rearrange them. I don't move that but it makes sense. It's not rocket
