Everything went well. The food was average (for large cruises). A front came in causing large waves when we arrived in Grand Cayman which caused us to miss this port which required tenders. Cozumel was the most improved port we have been to in a long time.

Our only problem occurred when checking out. The RCI $50 OBC listed on page 2 of your invoice and confirmation document was not included in our final bill. Melyum Wang - Guest Services Officer - said she had no record of it and asked me to call their Miami office. The head office in Miami 1 800 256 6649 also had no record of the $50 credit. The $200 credit was ok.

Would you please issue the $50 to me since I had to pay it.
