This was the first voyage of the Liberty after a refurbishment.  Hopefully this was only 1st cruise issues as this is a beautiful ship and will be great when everything works and Royal Caribbean gets it staffed back up.   We did not have hot water in our cabin for 3 days, the elevators were off and on, the new water features installed in the pool areas are were down the first day and 1/2, I tried to see my bill on the TV, that never worked.  On the first two days at sea, there was no wait staff around the pools.  Everyone crowded around the bars 4 and 5 deep with only two bartenders.  I group of people got on the boat in Jamaica and that appeared to fix that issue. The pools were well staffed for the rest of the cruise. The crew was great, particularily in the main dining room and wind jammer cafe.  Food was pretty good also.  Went to Chop's Grille 2 nights.  That was very good.

The ship floor plans made this cabin appear as it was close to the stairs. It turned out these were only emergency and staff stairs. We had a very long walk to get to the elevators. The elevators are forward and midship. There are no stairs for the back 1/3 of the ship. These are nice cabins just not very accessable.
