Royal Caribbean you need to change your mattresses more often.  They are very worn in and so uncomfortable.  Other than the absence of bar staff we had a wonderful time on our cruise.

Service and Staff

Although the drink packages are nice, we noticed less bar servers by the pool and during shows. Does Royal Caribbean employ less bar staff?
The dining room and the Windjammers staff was exceptionally great!!

Ship Quality

In cruises past we would always witness the staff cleaning the ship as in wiping the banisters or cleaning up glasses left wherever.

Cabin / Stateroom

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable. This is not the first cruise we found this to be true. The mattresses need to be changed out more often.
