Diamond Club

Sail Date: December 06, 2015

Reviewed: 11 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

Royal Caribbean needs to do something on the Diamond Clubs on their ships. They are crowded, minimal seating room to the number of Diamond members in Cruises, the appetizers are getting cut with less selection, the hot ones were cold and service overall is getting less than acceptable. Royal Caribbean must either improve the experience by allowing more room in this gigantic cruise ships for the Diamond Lounge or unfortunately just not do it. The Concierge on this trip just sat at his desk with no intent to mingle with the Diamond members.
