Royal Caribbean Expirience

Sail Date: August 27, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

We started with the check in process that was very lengthy. We waited in line for 2 hours and I cannot understand why it should take so long. There were senior people in line that were really suffering. Royal Caribbean. Need to do something to optimize it.

There was also a huge line to get back on ship in Boston.

We attended several cruises in the past and it never happened with other lines.

state rooms wre okay (we had an internal one). It was clean but small.

We were using buffet for food services.

The place was small and very crowded. Somebody mentioned that RC was undersold on this cruise by 1000 tickets. I cannot imagine how crowded it would get should they be fully sold.

Also, compare to other lines, there was a gap between ability to access food and in between you could get only pizza or sandwiches.

The rest was okay.

Entertainment was very good.

It was too obvious that they were going after your money everywhere.

This has ruined a bit my experience with RC.
