Marley, the woman who took care of our cabin was excellent. We were disappointed with the quality of the food this trip.  We, unfortunately, had terrible wait staff for dinner (Gil and Avanell) Our Maitre d' was wonderful and probably one of the best we have ever had. (We had 8pm dining in the Michelangelo)  All of the other wait staff were wonderful during breakfast and lunch. We also had an excellent dinner at Portofino with excellent service.(Emelita was our server) The bar staff at the Sky bar was great. All of the other bars were far from friendly and complained when they had to make our drinks. (We were drinking Mojitos)  We started off giving them an additional $1 to $2  tip for every drink until we got the moans and groans.  We shouldn't have to feel guilty about ordering a drink.  Especially, when we're giving you an additional gratuity on top of the one that is built in. My wife was greatly disappointed with her massage treatment on Labadee which was promised to be a peaceful and private experience.  She was appalled to have people meandering around, snapping photos and being very loud.  In addition to parking themselves on lounge chairs right in front of her tent and also poking their head in her tent during her massage.  She complained to guest services and the spa management and was told someone would get back to her, but that never happened.  Since there were only 2 hours of  massage treatments being performed, she felt fellow travelers should not have been allowed to be in the immediate area during her massage. It was far from a relaxing experience.

There performers were excellent. The direction was lacking.
