I thoroughly enjoyed the trip

Sail Date: October 01, 2013

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

The ship was beautiful. The wait staff in the dining room were top notch and always made you feel welcome and eager to return. We were a family of 4 in a balcony cabin and although quarters were tight\, the luggage fit under the beds and it was large enough for a 7-night cruise. Most of the ports were very good as long as you ventured on an excursion or created one of your own.

Pros: Dining staff and shore excursions

Cons: Constant sales pitch

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
The ship is in wonderful condition. We took the stairs frequently as the elevators were always quite busy and waits could be long.
Food and Dining
The buffet was typical and tolerable. The main dining room for dinner was exceptional and no need to pay extra for the \"speciality\" restaurants.
Cabin / Stateroom
We were on deck 7\, port side\, about 10 cabins from the back. Very good location. Quiet\, great staff etc. Cramped quarters but tolerable for 7 nights (4 guests).
Service and Staff
Dining staff was superb.
Loved every show we saw. Saturday Night Fever\, Ice Show\, movies\, etc.
