A nice break from the office

Sail Date: January 01, 2015

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

This was the third RC cruise for me\, and all have been great. Liberty is my largest so far\, but all the elements were familiar to Explorer and Voyager\, just newer and usually more spacious. Sit down breakfasts and main dining room dinner service was top class\, we had a great waiter who made sure we had the best dinner selection and service each night. Inside cabin with window over promenade was comfortable\, convenient and bedding was just right. Only complaint was the AC never got cool enough\, in the cabin\, in the dining rooms\, and theatres - water glasses were sweating so much (high humidity) condensation always dripped onto clothes. The ice show and singer were great\, the main stage play and comedian were so-so this time. Also\, it seemed the daytime activites were pared back and more commercialized/promotional/fee based than in past. But I will be back\, and on a 7-10 night cruise to be sure!

Pros: The menu and qualtiy and service in main dining room\, frozen yogert all day!

Cons: Some of the shows were not up to par\, taste of many desserts on buffet only\, boarding and departure delays (2+ hours each)

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Entertainment
Saturday Night Fever play experienced technical issues causing delay and conflict with later ship activities.
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Would have been a 5 smile rating if AC cooled down room.
Food and Dining
The 6pm was sold out\, the 8:30 seating worked ok most of time for ship activies\, but there were two conflicts. May consider right time type service next cruise.
Ship Quality
How do they keep the restrooms so spotless?
