It was alright, but probably would not go again.

First off, the ship was great.  We really enjoyed walking around.  We really enjoyed our room and balcony.  It was truly very nice.

There was, however, a fair bit of mediocrity.  The food was not great.  We even went to the premium steakhouse on board one night, and the steak was lower quality that you could probably get at an Outback Steakhouse or any other mid range restaurant.

My real issue was the trip  was the service.  In the main dining room I was only asked if I wanted a drink in the first night.  Water refills were scarce and it seemed like our assistant waiter was busting his butt, while everyone else took it easy.  but by far the worst of the service was the bar staff out on deck.   The bars were wayyyyyyyy understaffed.  It took up to 20 mins waiting at the bar to get a refill.   This was causing people to get really hostile which wasn't helping the situation.  Some of the bartenders were exceptionally rude, and drinks were made with very inconsistent quality.
