Overall very happy with this cruise. This was our first ever cruise. And first time to Europe. We were celebrating our honeymoon. It was a great first time in Europe as everything is taken care of by Royal Caribbean. From the second you get to the port they take care of everything. They make it very easy both on the boat and with the excursions. We opted for a room with a balcony and I highly recommend this option. It was nice to be able to get away from the crowds. The breakfast and lunch dining was usually a bit chaotic but dinners were nice and relaxed. There was always something going on on th eship if you opted out of the excursions. The excursions were expensive but again they take care of everything. No waiting in lines for anything, the transportation was all arranged, and the boat will wait for you if your excursion is late (they wont if you book trips on your own).
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Not the most gourmet, but acceptable and plentiful
Cabin / Stateroom
Nice and clean. A little outdated but who really cares.
Service and Staff
Our chamber maid was amazing. Kept the room clean twice a day, Told us what ports were the best and what excursions. EVERYONE on board was soo nice and professional. Much different than the States!

Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Barcelona, Spain did not have time to spend here. It looked amazing though from our cab rides to and from.
Toulon, France
We stayed on board. Naval port and would have taken too long to get to Marseille, etc.
Villefranche-Sur-Mer, France
BEAUTIFUL! Hightly recommend. Went to Monaco/Monte Carlo.
Livorno (Florence & Pisa), Italy We stayed on board. Would have taken 2 hours by bus to get to Florence from port.
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
AMAZING DAY! We did full 10h tour to ancient Rome, Vatican.
Naples, Italy
Naples looked very poor but take the excusion to Pompei, Sorrento and definitely go see Carpri. Gorgeous.
