Liberty to Belize Nov 10

Sail Date: November 10, 2012

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Suite

It's a very nice ship. The Liberty of the Seas had just completed a trans-atlantic crossing and was returning to a United States port. The ship was subject to several inspections from a variety of governmental agencies, (ie Coast Guard, food service and health inspections, immigration and others). There was a delay in boarding, room preparation, and luggage delivery because of inspection activities. Kudos to Royal Caribbean for the promptness in catching up after the delays. Getting off the ship upon returning to port was slower and more awkward than with other Royal Caribbean ships in the past which may have been due to the specific pier terminal.

Pros: Warm weather and sunshine

Cons: The cruise ending
