The layout of the ship created a lot of congestion in one area and made the ship get familiar and old fast because most venues and shops were in the one promenade area. Lots of smoking everywhere, throughout the ships and decks. Our interior room was actually spacious and nice. We thought the tendering process and the disembarking for port excursions was very well organized. Having a Johnny Rockets (additional fee), ice rink, Flowrider, and mini golf course was very nice!

Food and Dining

The food was very good. If you did not want to participate in your scheduled dining time, there were large gaps of time when nothing but specialty snack shops were open for dining. For instance, there were no lunch options between 11-12 and you could really only get pizza past 9 p.m. Breakfast opened very late for port days, especially the final day before disembarking. And they would leave much of the Windjammer dining room closed, confining you to one area where you had to scout out for empty tables and snag them quickly. There were never any drink specials advertised.

Entertainment

An Abba cover band was one of the main shows?? The need for reservations until 10 minutes prior to show was not as favorable as other cruise lines. The theaters were only half full for the shows, as an indicator of quality. An exception was the ice show - very unique and amazing to do that on such a small sheet of ice. Not as much live music options as other cruise lines.

Ship Quality

The layout created a lot of congestion and made it get old and familiar by the second day. Extremely clean and well kept up.

Cabin / Stateroom

We had an interior room and I was expecting it to be very small, but it was larger than I expected. Perfectly adequate since you don't spend much time in the room.

Pros: The ports!

Cons: Entertainment, layout, dining hours
