Overall pretty good, but flawed service
Liberty of the Seas Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Sail Date: February 18, 2012
Ship: Liberty of the Seas
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Family (older children)
Reviewed: 6 years ago
Nice ship. We were in the least expensive cabin (no window) and it was still quite nice.
The poor and inconsistent information provided by Royal Caribbean on their web site is particularly frustrating. It should be so simple, but they apparently pay very little attention to the accuracy of their information. The worst example is in regard to age requirements for shore excursions. Our trip was disturbed when we were informed that our late-teenage children would not be allowed to participate in a shore excursion without an adult accompanying them. THIS IS STATED EXACTLY ZERO (0) TIMES IN ANY WRITTEN MATERIAL, ANYWHERE. Our travel agent knew nothing about it, even after making a special call to Royal Caribbean to inquire about this specific pre-cruise question. I find that inexcusable.
