Overall pretty good, but flawed service

Nice ship. We were in the least expensive cabin (no window) and it was still quite nice.

The poor and inconsistent information provided by Royal Caribbean on their web site is particularly frustrating. It should be so simple, but they apparently pay very little attention to the accuracy of their information. The worst example is in regard to age requirements for shore excursions. Our trip was disturbed when we were informed that our late-teenage children would not be allowed to participate in a shore excursion without an adult accompanying them. THIS IS STATED EXACTLY ZERO (0) TIMES IN ANY WRITTEN MATERIAL, ANYWHERE. Our travel agent knew nothing about it, even after making a special call to Royal Caribbean to inquire about this specific pre-cruise question. I find that inexcusable.

Pros: Large clean ship with lots of stuff going on and plenty of food

Cons: nonexistent information regarding minors and shore excursions

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Entertainment
Ice show display of talent was spectacular. Main shows were fair to mediocre. The "Saturday Night Fever" show had particularly poor singers and sound mixing.
Service and Staff
We signed up for flowrider lessons at 7am, which they canceled without telling us, and for which they still billed us. After explaining, they failed to correctly credit for the canceled class (should have credited 2, only credited 1). So, this is laziness by flowrider staff that greatly inconvenienced us and incompetence by ship staff that should have properly fixed the bill when we pointed it out.
