Wonderful experience

Sail Date: January 03, 2012

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

Staff was more than accomodating and pleasant...especially dining staff whom we interacted with most frequently... ship was immaculate in every corner...I inspect physical facilities for a living and could not find fault anywhere. Did note that pool deck areas are quite slippery...esp in flip flops, as most were...need a finish with more "grit" to it as these areas will always be wet...almost fell but caught myself

Pros: great service staff

Cons: boarding and disembarking was long and tedious; need more staff at the service desk, wait was unacceptable, esp the night beofre disembarking; need more staff or a seperate line for simple questions and lost and found

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
dining staff was excellent and met any request and then some....some confusion with the change in dining rooms (and the tipping as a result?)...hope this all got straightened out as our waiter was excellent
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Variety show was the weakest, with the exception of the opening act with the cruise directors; ice show was very good, aerial show was excellent, Saturday Night Fever was good.
