Wonderful Carribean Cruise

Sail Date: September 19, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ships was lovely. I really liked the promenade and the little restaurants. The entertainment was amazing. We dined more in the diningroom instead of the Windjammer this cruise and were so impressed with the service we received. The service was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. We sailed on your "Jewel of the Seas" last year and loved that ship as well.

Pros: The wonderful service, entertainment, food

Cons: There wasn't as much variety in the Windjammer cafe on this cruise ship as another we had taken last year.

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? Yes!

Ship Quality
Was plenty of activities to do. Loved the Cruise Director.
Food and Dining
We thought since this ship was larger the selection offered at the Windjammer would be the same as the smaller ship we were on last year. Offering could be improved.
Cabin / Stateroom
We loved our towel animals. Room attendants were wonderful.
Service and Staff
We have heard some nightmares about other cruise lines. We tell people we meet how wonderful Royal Carribbean is in every way.
Entertainment
So many activities that one could never say they are bored. Variety is there, the way the activities are put on is very professional, organized and really fun. The crew makes fun. We never had time to do everything we wanted but were happy with what we did do.
Children's Programs
My grandson who is 13 yrs old had a great time. He loved the cruise he was on last year and this year even moreso. He is asking when we go again.
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
We wanted to shop rather than do any activities. We got a lot of great deals and the guavaberry rum was the best!!
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island)
It was very hot on the island and we aren't use to that heat. We did have a nice time bartering and picked up some wonderful handmade crafts.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
We had a wonderful time Zip-lining. Then even got a bit of shopping in.
