Outstanding First Cruise

We feel very lucky to have chosen Royal Caribbean's Liberty of the Seas for our first cruise. We were so impressed with the quality of the ship, friendliness of the crew, and first-class service. Our stateroom was lovely and with plenty of room for two people. We loved the Windjammer Cafe and walks around the track on Deck 12. The pools were spectacular, and I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the common areas. The shows were outstanding, especially the ice show - WOW! Our dinners in the dining room were always perfect - good food, good service, and very fun waiters and dinner partners. While we did not participate in a lot of the activities, we were impressed with the number available and the places we could go, including an awesome fitness center. The cruise director and all staff and crew were very knowledgable and professional. We could not have chosen a better cruise line for our first cruise. Definitely first rate.

Pros: Quiet balcony stateroom, beautiful pools, frozen yogurt, wonderful dinner partners

Cons: Deck chairs placed too close together
