Royal Caribbean is trying too hard to be upscale. The dining room food is over the edge exotic. Nobody knew it was Italian night unless you think of aspargus cakes as traditional Italian main courses. Other people felt the same way and the dining room was barely over half full each night. I think the menu selections had much to do with it. I am a veteran of over 20 I have some experience here.

Pros: The ship's facilities were very nice.

Cons: The food is not mainstream.

Recommends Liberty of the Seas? No.
